Throttle LCD3

Hello,
I'm new on this forum and searched for my question. But found nothing. So my question is: Is there a way to disable the throttle with the parameters of a Kunteng LCD3 display. Searched the manual but the only thing I found that one can select throttle activation when the PAS is activated, so after pedalling.

I would doubt you can disable throttle with the display (never seen a display that supports that), but it sure seems like it would be easy to disable by simply unplugging the throttle
