When I execute the the programming tool program I can connect to the proper COM PORT which is COM 5. When connected I don't have access to Read the current values from the motor and populate the fields on the program screen. I have deleted the files from the download three times then unzipped the files and execcuted the program with same results. Onetime I saw a pop-up window flash on the PC display but did not see what it said. Is it possible I am missing some drivers needed to run the program? This is very frustrating. Please advise.
