I have a zhenlong 36v 13ah battery pack. it has 2 positive terminals and 2 negative terminals. can someone tell me what the voltages should be on them, and which one is which. a diagram would be nice.

We need more info. Are these the only terminals on the pack or is this the charge port? Or is this where it slides into the 'dock'? How do you know which is positive and neg? What are you trying to do that you need to figure this out? -
