Ouxi gt2000 hubmotor wont budge / come out the casing

so im having this problem with my bikes motor and when i roll it backwards it clicks and forward its smooth but when i throttle i hear a fast spinning but nothing happening to the wheel so i think the 3 gears are stripped and not connecting. that being said my actual problem is pulling it out ive unscrewed all the bolts and removed the freewheel and its about halfway out then it wont go any further and come out so i cant access it anyone have a clue how to actually pull the motor out? ive seen another forum like this but nobody provided support the shop and ouxi arent helpful dont get this brand

You need a gear puller.

ive searched tutorials on how a gear puller works just now i dont think it would even grip on the first place because the actual circluler thing it removes is in there with no edge to hand on with no way to grip it with a gear puller?

this is genuinly my first ever fix on this bike that involves the motor im selling it after i fix it to get a talaria on fbm
