can I sign for and have the signature waved with my choice?

and how do I add a tracking number to the my choice and how long do I have to add the tracking number to the my choice? because the last time I had a package I suspect I have to add it while it is still in the pre shipment status so I can modify it.

also the package was the size of a box for a 3000 but air conditioner 30x30x30 and they would have taken it to an access point.

so it must be runs' contract with ups

I think when you sign up for MyChoice, it automatically adds all tracking numbers associated with your address and from there you can set it up and modify it.

Can you tell me if the 52V LUNA DIREWOLF 21AH EBIKE BATTERY will fit on my new KHS 3000 Fat Ebike i just bought ?

      On what specifically?

has anyone tried to use a tsdz2 reduction gear in a BBSHD or even bbs02?

I see on ebay there is a metal gear that looks of similar size maybe the bearing may have to be replaced if it is the wrong size.

seeing that Lunacycle is out of stock of the ludicrous metal gear it got me to researching and I am even willing to buy a couple gears to take measurements .

I know there is possibly compatibility is because no factory wants to retool to make multiple different sizes as retooling is expensive.

so I was wondering if anyone on the forums has actually tested it.

Nope, not possible. Completely different design.

The gear on the TSDZ2 is much smaller than the Bafang gears.

How do you safely remove the wolf pack from the v2 magnet mount? I feel like its going to strip out my water bottle mounts

I have a Luna banana ludicrous and the chain broke. Changed it with a kmc x series chain (126 links/12 speed) size which was the same size of the chain that broke even though the bike is an eight speed. Unfortunately though the chain slips under loads it previously did not slip under.
ive made some small adjustments to the derailer after the fact but did not solve it completely. Any suggestions, did I buy the wrong chain?

If the bike is 8 speed it needs an 8 speed chain. Yes it sounds like you bought the wrong chain

It was indeed a 126 link on there but after removing it I bought a thinner chain. It should have been 1/2 x 3/32 and it wasn’t. So that’s the problem. Thnx

Where can I find info on how to Wire up and use a v3 cycle analyst with the stock 40amp controller that comes with the Luna mini cyclone kit? I have the v3 cycle analyst with speed sensor

It doesn't have a direct CA plug. You would need to use their power shunt

      I have a schwinn sycamore 350w e-bike that I want to upgrade

Its made up of a BAFANG DP C10, phylion 36v battery and a 350w 36v rear wheel bafang motor.

Do you think I could feed 48v into the motor without killing it?

Is your BBSHD kit with throttle compatible with a cyclocross bike? Do I need to buy anything other than what is included in your kit? Does the motor cut off when I break, or pedal back, or stop throttling? How does it work?

Generally as long as the bottom bracket shell is standard bsa anything else can be worked around. There's pages in the knowledge base on this forum for more details. What you need depends on what you have, what battery you get, and your skill level. Yes motor cutoffs can work if you get that option.

Hello back again with my chain problem. I’m still getting a slipping/popping in the middle gears mostly under heavy load. I put the correct 8spd chain with the same amount of links as what was installed on the Luna banana after the original chain broke. I’ve played with the rear derailer and every thing switches nicely throughout all the gears without noises or jumping from one gear to another. Just under heavy loads it’s skips gears and u can see the derailer hopping up when it happens.
Bike only has 100 miles on it and the teeth don’t look pointy on the cassette or chainring.
is it possible those need changed already along with the new chain?

You might try increasing the wrap on the chain. Most derailleurs have an adjustment to change The amount of chain contacting the cogs. No way I’d expect 100 miles to produce significant wear on cogs or chains.

OK, so I am installing the Ludicrious controller on my bbshd powered bike in just a few minutes. As for the programming. I love my current programming. What do I need to change for the Ludi so it feels the same other than full throttle power? Drop max amps to 25 (since the Ludi phantom doubles the amps out). Should I also cut the power output on the PAS settings to like 60% of the current ones? Anything else?

I would just keep it the same and not mess with it too much. It's not a setting that you will notice much of a difference for while riding. I think it has something to do with the magnets and reading? Never bothered to mess with it and it has never caused me any issues.

ok, I did about 10 different setting changes yesterday to get it close to where I want it and this afternoon or tomorrow morning I'll hit the dirt to confirm that all is where I want it. I am very picky about my settings. I am not looking for an electric dirt bike I want a mountainbike that will go where I want it to. I want to forget it is electric and just give me that little bit of help, and have the option to give more when climbing hills. i go nuts if it is putting too much out where I am pedaling with zero effort or worse trying to catch up with the pedals. And going up a gear is not always the desired thing to go. I want to enjoy my ride, it is not all about speed on MTB trails all the time!!!

One major issue, I have a wolf PUP that I use on my wife's bike. well I used it today on mine just to program the new controller, not to ride, but the metal plate on the bottom of the PUP came off, and this is how we mount it on the bike. She will freak if we cannot ride Friday, soo, how is it glued on? Is it a epoxy that I can source locally? Or do you need to replace the battery?

You mean the metal bash plate on top? There's nothing on the bottom far as I know, at least not on the product pics there's just straps on the bottom. In any case you would just strap it on with bungees

that metal bash plate is how we hook it to the bike the bike has the magnetic plate you sell. I do not have the velcro straps as my wife cut them off as we only use the magnetic system, and yes the plate is off the battery. Is it just glued on with epoxy? i need to fix this before Friday or my wife will go nuts, and I will give her Eric's contacts!!!!

It is probably a relatively hard to find 3M industrial adhesive. Epoxy may work if that is what you have on hand. Voile straps would also work in its place
