Ive had this charger for a couple weeks now and charged my new battery 4 times. Yesterday when I plugged it into my wall outlet I noticed that the red digital display was not lighting up. Any suggestions.

Same thing happened to me, except i only got one charge out of it. I think the display died from heat.
However, worse than the display, i am skeptical that the 80% 90% 100% charging switch does anything. I wonder if more than just the display overheated or what?
For instance, i have it set to 80%. Let it charge until it stops. Switch to 90%. Switch to 100%. Nothing. Unplug. plug. Switch still at 100% and nothing.
I am returning mine, but i wonder if these chargers need more fine-tuning? I'd rather not get a replacement until they are fixed. -
My red display stopped, but the charger itself still works fine. That includes the varying levels. I easily verified this with the charging monitor cable I built. If I charge to 80%, when I unplug the charger, set it to 100%, and restart, it does begin charging again and puts roughly the expected amount of energy in to add 20% more capacity.

Yeah, seems like it is doing something different if i let it power cycle down. Ill test it out further.Comment

My charger display quit as well, but I think it somewhat more serious, as the unit no longer charges, and the fan doesn't run. Almost 6 months to the day since I received it in December. Anyway to troubleshoot?Comment
