    52V mini charger clicking on&off

Hello- I am not a techi but I love my Luna Cycle set up. Yesterday, ran the battery down to 47.9. This is the first time I have let it get below 50. Plugged it in for its 5th 100% charge but the first problem. Charger fan will twitch but not start and the LED 1 & 2 blink alternately effectively turning the unit on and off every second. I store the charger in its own box safely and pull it out only to charge the battery. Everything is brand new (3 months with only a few uses so far) Please identify what this problem is and how to rectify it. I am bummed I cannot use my bike until I can charge it. Thank you so much!

This is a known issue, get in touch w luna customer service and they will send you an adapter which stops the clicking.
In the meantime, leave the battery charging...after a few hours the clicking will stop (it will have charged incrementally) and will charge the rest of the way to 100% as normal.

Thank you both! I had to hunt for the receipt since this was a gift to me but I have submitted my request for a fix. Thank you again.

Thanks you for the answer, sort of, I was losing my mind trying to figure out what I did wrong.

I can't recommend enough buying the dumbest cheapest plastic charger you can find at Luna and a good multi-meter. Reliable forever. Smart chargers are like motorcycle riders and hard drives. There are 2 kinds. Those that crash and those that are going to crash.

Eh not really. I've had my 300W Advanced Charger for almost 2 years now and haven't had a single issue with it. Granted I know I'm speaking from a biased position but I also make sure to plug the charger in correctly Every. Single. Time. I use it. This means plugging it into the wall first and always allowing the capacitors to reach their voltage limit before plugging it into the battery and allowing that current to rush through.

Well I have bought at least 10 chargers and have lost 2 myself and do it correctly every time as well. I have had to replace 2 from clients who may or may not follow instructions. Just saying there was a time when people were smart and electronics were dumb.
