finding hall effect sensor replacement

I am looking for help finding the correct replacement for my motor.
The hall sensor on my motor is bad I found this through a brushless motor controller tester. the motor would work every once in a while then stop.
the hall sensor in question has 41F619 written on it. the motor is an USFX 1000 w 48 volt.
I cannot find a replacement with that number on it. I would love to know how to cross reference that to a part that is available in the US.

I am guessing it's a generic 41f sold all over. The other numbers may simply be production code.
