X1 motor noise plus a few more questions from a new owner

I have an X1 with Ludicrous and Silent Gear. When pedaling in assist levels 1 & 2 (set to 5 levels), there's always an extra rattling/clicking noise coming from the motor compartment. The noise goes away when in assist levels 3 through 5 and I only hear the hum/whine of the motor. Do any other X1 owners have this same experience?

What’s the weight of the X1 battery?

Can I purchase a spare battery for the X1? I don't think it's this one with the same specs, but not sure. https://lunacycle.com/48v-panasonic-13-5ah-shark-pack/

Any recommendations for a garage bike stand (not a work stand)? Preferably one that lifts rear wheel off the ground.

Feedback pro bike repair stand with tote.

Its portable and very good. I purchased something to stop the front wheel from turning too. You can see the bar between the seat and handlebar

Hi - Did you determine the root cause of this? My X1 is making same noise in PAS 1 and 2. In addition, when the bike is stopped, moving the crank backwards, there is no normal clicking sound - is just silent. I suspect related to same issue.

Luna said it was normal and due to the motor's assist turning on and off. I haven't upgraded to the 14.6 firmware yet, but I've heard PAS levels 1 & 2 are much more useable. I assume and hope that 14.6 might also fix the rattle issue in PAS 1 & 2.
