I have not been able to charge my Pixel 3 XL from the USB connector in the DP C240 display. The specs/manual says it should provide up to 5V / 1A and that there is a screen indicator when a device is plugged in.
I have never seen the device indicator on the screen, and the phone is definitely not charging. It makes the 'start charging' every minute or so to indicate it _tried_ to start charging but cuts out immediately. Battery monitor is showing not even trickle charging is going on. I've tried three USB cables from different manufacturers and lengths. I am on my second screen with the exact same behavior.
Anyone have the same issue or any advice how to remedy it? Is this something that can be fixed with a SW update in the future?
