Here it is: https://electricbike.com/forum/forum...000#post118000, and I'll quote jjdicecco just in case:

    I have had this problem...
1- take off skid plate and cover around edge of motor..
2- take off the crank arms and the outer ring of the spider
3- tighten the 3 bolts that mount motor to frame

Once I did this noise was gone. Hope this helps

I found 2 bolts on the bottom of the motor, but where is the other one? Do you have to remove the skid plate?

    Luna X2 Creaking Noises

First, I want to thank jjdicecco for the great advice. The step "3 - tighten the three bolts that mount the motor to the frame" successfully resolved the issue I had been experiencing with creaking noises coming from the bottom of the frame under load on the pedals. Additionally, I've also been dealing with a creaking noise coming from the battery cover panel. To address this, I used vinyl tape to cover the inside lip/tongue of the panel that touches the inside of the frame. I also applied vinyl tape to the two-prong metal locking mechanism that slides up and down on the inside of the battery cover panel, which contacts the frame. As an added precaution, I used high-heat felt tape (Green Egg) on both the left and right sides of the battery compartment (bike frame), which seems to add some rigidity as the battery fits snugly from all sides.
