Not yet. Hopefully not vaporware. Looks like an integrated Bafang G510. Same specs as an HD with ISIS crank.
Manitou Machete fork, dropper seatpost, maxxis 27.5 x 3 chronicle tires, lockable suspension

Is this in addition to the Apex that was just announced?

Wonder what the tire size is.. hopefully at least a 3.0" option.

I actually like the more standard looking frame for stealth (with my mighty mini in a back pack) but am addicted to fat tires for sand and snow..

It is the regular tire version of the Apex.

That is a great description! Having taken both for test rides they feel very similar.

So should we anticipate similar price points ?

            I don't know. I would assume so.

You mentioned it is the regular tire version of the Apex but the frame looks different.

Does this mean we could get this frame but with the fat tires?

                Maybe mid-fat.

From the picture, I am wondering if the rear triangle can open up, which would allow for a gates Carbon belt to be installed.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, The Apollo with a NuVinci N380X and a Gates Belt would make my day :)

I guess I'm a little confused, is the Apex or Apollo the "Worlds best mountain bike?" Which one is the Flagship ebike for Luna?

Same bike basically. Apex is the fat tire version.

Actually the frames are quite different in the seat tube area. I like the looks of the Apollo.

I thought that was pretty heartwarming, to hear and see Eric's passion and pride about creating his dream bike. It's pretty amazing what he's accomplished, and he should be very proud of it.

It's an awesome bike, and battery pack improvements are sorely needed in general, he stepped up to do something about it. And it sounds like he nailed it!

I wouldn't lust after these bikes as much, if they came from overseas, frankly. I really am glad to have this happening, here, whoever did it. So, kudos to Eric Hicks!

                    He told us so ;)

Fabrication is fun! Build something today. Show someone. Let them help. Inspire and share. Spread the desire.
