just bought the delux 500, i can't seem to find the Manual. Where do you download it?

There is individual documentation for each item you selected when you have it custom-built to your specification using the options on the listing.
There is no manual for the KHS 500 itself because it is a standard bike frame conversion, not a purpose built. KHS may have some documentation on it on their site though, if that's what you need.
For the other stuff just go to the listing for each separate item and you will see documentation on that item.
