    Operational trouble at Luna?

As an experienced bike builder (but first time ebike DIY-er), I have had a very poor recent experience with Luna. Their products and knowledge seem solid, but their ability to ship and support appears compromised. In my case:

    - Took a month to deliver battery despite saying was available when ordered.
    - Separated kit order, but then didn't include key kit adapter. Still waiting...
    - A few "I am not in shipping" and "what did we send you" comments that suggest a bit of chaos.

I am excited to build more ebikes in the future, so hope one of the more proven bike etailers can step into this product category to fill the void. Otherwise, it might actually be easier to gamble with direct orders from China via ebay/alibaba.

Thing is the products are typically built very well, usually at a reasonable price. That's something you can rely on, as opposed to nearly any iffy product you gamble on from China.
But I too have had cs and ordering problems with Luna. They're a small company having growing pains. Should they spend more on cs or innovating new product??

3 years old, but no guarantee on shipping, it’s not Amazon...thank goodness. Relax. All good things come to those that wait.

Just FYI it's like this every spring at every ebike company, spring rush is the busiest time of year.
