X1 large updates? I am on the notification list now, and I know that I just missed the pre-order a few weeks ago (before I was ready to buy one), but when should we expect the next batch of large X1 preorders? I was told possibly about now, but do you have any updates for that? January or February? Thanks.Comment

X1 medium and different color updates? In other posts, I've seen reference to being able to be on a notification list for alerts as to when new product is available for order. Is there a notification list for the X1 (I don't see reference to that on the X1 order page)? Is there any other form of "waiting list".Comment

What are the chances I can order a Sur Ron XX? Are there any left over? I would absolutely love this bike since I’m a bigger guy and the increased current would really help propel my fat butt. I know it’s a Hail Mary but figured I’d give it a shot and see if I get lucky.Comment

Unless you can buy one used from somebody you are unlikely to find one. It was a limited edition sold only for black friday. We often do stuff like that as a special on black friday, maybe we would do it again next year but no promises.
For what it's worth stock surron is quite powerful and can be easily geared down if you need even more torque..

Can you add a second battery to the X1 for more range, that's the biggest problem that I can see. I don't want to carry a second battery in my backpack.Comment

Any chance I can purchase a non Ludi controller with the 14.6 firmware for my X1? Looking for more range as the M600 has plenty of power. If so, is it a direct swap?Comment

We would have to check with shop on that, but maybe if you want to reach out on email along with your order#. It would have the Luna firmware on it, not 14.6, and no it would not be direct swap since regardless of the firmware you would still need to sync it to the motor before it would function properly; meaning you would need a BESST

Ok thanks Paxtana.......maybe a more expensive solution would be to by a spare motor as that has the stock controller and 14.6 firmware on it? That or get the BESST tool and flash the 14.6 on my ludi motor as most seem to say it makes PAS 1 and 2 useable.....mine are currently pretty useless and although PAS 3 is awesome, it is almost too much and uses a lot of power. :)
Note: So I ordered a BESST tool.....gonna try the 14.6 firmware....however I have a question. When I open the BESST software it asks for a verification code when I try and sign in. Does that come with the unit or are there any kind of instructions? I did not receive any sort of verification code. Hi Eric,
I’m very interested in the Luna folding bike. I have 23 other bikes but currently I can’t ride any of them as I just had a partial hip replacement. It’ll be a few months before I can ride but I think the Folder will be the first bike I can with the low top bar plus the assistance I’ll temporarily need to lessen the strain on my new parts. I’ll order as soon as they are available again. When do you think they’ll be back in stock?

Wondering if you can help me...I put in a trouble ticket to purchase a spare Upper shock mount bolt on my X1. My current one is bent slightly bent but still useable however I would like a spare and have no idea where I can get one other then you guys. It is ever broke I would be dead in the water. Any chance I can get one? I would gladly pay for it! order number for my X1 is 127068. I have not received a response....

I looked into it and I see a case 00482105, says here you already spoke with Tony last month, and paid for x1 shock mount bolts. The work order was made, tracking was sent, and it was delivered via usps on Dec 12th. Not really sure what you are referring to at this point since you both received a response and special ordered the part which we have already delivered....
