Likely 3-4 weeks. There is a notification box on the listing if you want to be emailed when available.

Do you know if there are BBSHD gaskets or standard nylon gears just chillin at the port? Or could these still be pretty far out?

How often do you guys get an order from Bafang or isn't there any reason or rhyme to it especially this year?

Not much rhyme or reason to anything this year IMO but we regularly get shipments. No idea when we will get more unfortunately.

We should have a few relatively soon but it will be a while before we have a full restock of any significant quantity. When restocked there will likely be more buyers than batteries so I would be sure to get it asap by utilizing the restock notifier on the listing

How realistic is the "late November" shipping for the Enduro X-1?

Seems somewhat optimistic considering recent drayage delays out of port of los angeles. They started parking ships offshore just to wait to even drop off since there's no more room in the port!

We usually do one batch per year and latest batch was recent. So I do not expect to see it again for a while.

All your email notices to me on the status of Luna x-1’s in sizes other than small are vague and pointless or totally unrelated to the bike. Is it because it always sells out that we need to visit the website twice a day and forego the re-stocking forum email notices? I’ve been trying to order one for over a year now and I think I just missed another pre-order! I know, it is tough with Covid going on, but these limp noodle responses are wearing me out. Tesla has a good model for handling chronologically prioritized spots on their list- a deposit, date stamp, and a customer phone number - pretty simple.

As much as we would love to take preorders for the preorder, that seems a bit excessive. If you requested to be notified via an email address then you would have been notified, we can't really control if you do not act fast enough to order one during the rush of people to snap them up. Yes these always sell out, it is in very high demand.

Ya uhhhh...think you guys need to go ahead and just order A bunch of large sized bikes in the x1 enduro since those get sold out in one day.

Hey guys. When do you expect the Sur-Ron XX to start shipping? Do you still have to build them or are they ready to go? Also the listing says “Modified 65v 31ah battery 150 amp max”. Is this a typo or is the battery still a 60v nominal? Does the battery have an upgraded BMS or bypassed? If upgraded does it support Bluetooth? Looking forward to receiving mine. Thanks!

Rst only. Yes it is same bike just modded for more current. Same voltage, same charger.

Do you know if the X1s have even been unloaded yet?

They are unloaded from the ship. Just need a truck and driver. Probably not too much longer if the batch from last month is any indication; just need to be patient.

They must literally have got a boat load of product in and be really backed up because it took 6 days to get mine shipped. Been waiting 5 months so guess an extra week isn't that bad. My orders from late summer seemed like they went out same or next day so was a little surprised this one took so long. I would have thought things slowed down a bit with half the USA and Canada being in winter mode and a lot less people riding. I guess I am forgetting about that gift giving holiday thingamabob coming soon.
