That is a pre-order, as it says on the listing. Over the weekend was the last of the bikes that would be in the preorder batch estimated arriving to our shop late august to early september. Definitely not shipping on Friday.

Any estimate on the INDIVIDUAL SPACERS FOR BBSHD BOTTOM BRACKET FITTING being back in stock? Just ordered a BBSHD for my Lurch, and I think I'm going to need more than what is coming in the install helper kit.

I’m also hoping for a shipping ETA for the early August X1 pre-orders. My order number is 124903. I have to move September 1st and need to know if I have to postpone my move in order to accept this shipment since I can’t change my shipping address. Any help or estimate would be great.

I never asked for my order to be cancelled... just if it was possible to change my shipping address so I can plan accordingly.

I completely understand that shipping delays happen and I was planning to have someone else pick this up at my old address if I couldn’t change my ship address.

This is extremely upsetting as I have been waiting and looking forward to this for months and you just assumed I wanted it cancelled?

FYI - It looks like you have a defect in your e-commerce site. Somehow the pre-order bikes are showing up under the ready to ship section. See enclosed.

If it's an error and my bike is actually ready to ship then I'd like to just stop by and pick it up in person.
