Hi, couldn't find any posts about the Wolf Pup battery - any idea when those will be re-stocked?

IIRC only reason we had those cells was due to a special project Tesla was working on in which they had a bunch left over, sold to us at some killer price. Also the facility where we made wolf batteries was turned into a parking lot by the landlord so production was moved. At the moment production at new facility focuses on wolf and direwolf only

Oh, ouch. I'm not sure what to do now... That little battery would have been perfect for someone like me, not needing to go far but needing to go up hills back to the trail head. If you have any stray ones hiding or laying around, I will gladly take them off your hands. Thanks Paxtana for your replies, especially considering it's Saturday.

I would like to second Tim's comments here. I'm also a mountain biker who just needs a smaller battery for extended up hills we have on some of the trails around here. The wolf pup is perfect for this purpose (and should probably be marketed for this niche market) and I've been waiting to start my ebike builds until the wolf pup is back in stock. I would likely buy two as I plan to convert a couple of MTB's.

sweet..so there is a good chance that they will be shipping out of your shop next week, correct?

Well yes we want them shipped as soon as everybody else does. The oldest orders ship first, with bikes that were not requested with modifications shipping the very first, those should ship out within a couple days. If you ordered your bike with modifications like one of our custom controllers, that typically adds slightly to lead time since they need to unbox the bike, do the requested modifications, and box it back up before shipping it.

Do we know if the Bafang M600 on the X1s has a headlight hookup? I've read that the DP C240 display has integrated headlight controls and some motors offer +/- wires for it.

When trying to order the luna cyclone 3000w conversion kit. It says one of the options is unavailable. The controller has no selection so I'm assuming it's out of stock. Any idea when they'll be available for purchase?

Probably not earlier. With the exception of one shipment, most preorders have ended up being 1-2 weeks behind the ETA. The exception was that one Surron shipment that was 2 weeks early. That was a nice surprise, but not the norm.

I see you guys got the shipment for the early August pre-orders, any chance this also means for the mid-late august pre-orders? I ordered August 22nd (with pedal mod so i know that takes extra time), and am eagerly awaiting my gift to myself. Also thanks for the open communication, I know the timelines are really out of your control. I'd be more than grateful for any rough eta :)

You mean for the Surron right? Almost everyone from the preorder round that was estimated late august to early september have already shipped, as have all orders from previous preorders. Orders after August 18th (including yours) have mid september ETA. Those are not here yet.

They have not arrived yet but assuming they arrive within a week or two we would begin shipping shortly thereafter.

They will be shipping on a first-ordered first-shipped basis. If your order was older than other folks and had no custom work requested then your bike will be one of the first ones shipped. If your order was more recent but had no custom work then it will ship after the earlier non-custom bikes. If your order has custom work it will ship as soon as that work is done, which could add extra 3-5 days depending on what was requested. Once done it will ship on the same first-ordered first-shipped basis with older orders shipping first.

Most in that pre-order have already shipped. Local pickups are the last portion of any pre-order round to get handled because it does not go through the normal shipment pipeline. You will be contacted soon. Thank you for your patience.

If we may know, why is the Apollo hard to bring back?

Mostly because so much of it is made in usa. We pay a premium both in time and money, but for apollo/apex, the entire ebike is mostly american. This is practically unheard of for bikes, and ebikes, and even for most complex manufacturing in general. We choose to support that anyway, because it is a premium product and we want to support american companies.
