As far as I'm aware of that size is not coming back, but we should have more large size once the next pre-order round starts.

Hi Luna folks....just got my X1 last week with Ludi and Silent and I love it. One question I have for those that paid for the silent gear, why don’t you guys put the steel gear in the parts box when you ship the bike? Would be nice to have as a spare and technically we paid for it. I emailed your customer service and was informed you would not send it. I really would like that steel gear.....thoughts?

paxtana Can you tell me the status on my order and when I should receive my bike? I have the Ludi, with silent gear, and upgraded onboard computer. I have two order tickets. #127834 and 134746. My bike was supposed to arrive early to mid August. Thanks

Can I also receive the metal gear that's being replaced, in the box, in the event that the silent gear fails. I need to have a backup, while waiting for any replacement. Thanks.

I just spoke with our mechanic about starting to just include them whenever this swap is done, and he seemed open to it. So we may end up doing that going forward. If you don't see one in there hit me up

paxtana, I think that's a great plan. I'm waiting on one in the shop as well and will end up requesting the same thing. Seems like most users would like to have it as a backup in the event that the PEEK gear fails for some reason.

Hmm not too sure on that one, might be a while. If I had to guess I would say the Luna versions will be restocked sooner than the lekkie ones. Those guys over at lekkie really drag their feet when it comes to production lead times.

What is the status of Large X1 Enduro's? I can't seem to get any response from Luna. I would like to order one if possible. Also a small or extra small of made. Or am I crazy for even asking?

We have a some size small right now in the existing pre order, those are the only ones left in the existing pre-order that are not already spoken for at this point. Either we sell those out or the shipment arrives and we can get started on the next pre-order. If I had to guess I would say that would be within weeks

paxtana, Hi, any updates on late September Luna X1 deliveries? are they being shipped? Ordered mid-august with Ludi.

The preorder round was estimated for a late september arrival to our shop, so I would not be surprised if the bikes arrive to us this week, maybe a week later if things are delayed. We would be shipping shortly after.

They are shipping on a first-ordered first-shipped basis. If your order was older than other folks and had no custom work requested then your bike will be one of the first ones shipped (if it has not shipped already). If your order was more recent but had no custom work then it will ship after the earlier non-custom bikes. If your order has custom work it will ship as soon as that work is done, which could add extra 3-5 days depending on what was requested. Once done it will ship on the same first-ordered first-shipped basis with older orders shipping first.

This bike ships via Fedex Freight, and we will email tracking soon as it ships. Please note that as it is freight, the carrier will be calling the phone number on your order to schedule delivery before delivery is attempted (they do not just drop it off like regular packages). If your phone number is incorrect or out of date, you can call Fedex Freight directly to schedule it once you have the tracking number rather than waiting for them to call you. Their number is (800) 463-3339.
