Any ideas on when I can order an Apex? I have an X1 just received last month and picked up a used Babe on CL. Super stoaked to have 2 Luna's in my collection. Now I want to order a custom Apex with Carbon rims, etc. Please advise at your earliest convenence.

Of the flagship models just waiting on battery production and looks like Apollo will be up next,probably within month or two. Apex would be after that, no timeframe yet though. We can notify you if you would like us to.

Any update on when the Bafang BBSHD 68-73 will become available?

Do we have an ETA on 52v battery packs? I think mine just ate the big one.

Not sure if we will be restocking any kit battery packs besides the ones we make in the USA from now on. So basically only Wolf and Direwolf, in 52v, 72v etc. It's too soon to know for sure but that is the impression I get from speaking with Eric recently

Any idea when the Direwolf will be back in stock? I’m about to order a kit and a Direwolf and noticed it’s out. Thanks in advance.

It is my understanding production was paused so they could focus on the Apollo battery pack production instead. Now that Apollo bikes are available we should be getting back on track with Direwolf. At a guess I am going to say three weeks? Could be more or less though. We can notify you once restocked if you like. I'd probably get the kit itself right away so work can get started and then do the batt later once available.

Hi wondering if the LUNA Stealth in Large frame size will be available soon? Also I understand you do not ship Lithium batteries to PR but how about the bike itself? I would be willing to pick up the battery stateside. We are a US territory and all major couriers work the island. My experience Fedex, UPS and DHL all work well here. Appreciate your response.

It is in production, no timeframe as yet though.

We do not ship bikes overseas, sorry. This includes to hawaii, alaska, puerto rico, guam etc.. This is true regardless of if it contains a battery.

Thank you for your order, current preorder ETA is at the top of the description on listing, it is updated whenever a new preorder round starts. So if you just placed the order, should be the estimate for the batch your bike is a part of. So if you just ordered, that's the early July batch.

Will the "American style eccentric BB to BSA" adapter become available soon?

I'm waiting on the eccentric BB to BSA adapter also. BBSHD was delivered today, the adapter is the last part I need.

I feel your pain. That was me last year. Its just the times we are living in, you gotta get while the getting is good. If you had waited till the adapters were in stock the BBS would have been out of stock so you would still be waiting. Maybe you can do some test fits without the adapter to try and get an idea if you are going to need any spacers, different chain ring, or different crank arms? If you need any of that you could get that stuff on order now so less waiting? If you are doing hydraulic brake sensors you could work on mounting those? Work on your battery mount (and re locating things like water bottles or what ever else gets displaced? Mount the speed sensor? Stock mount stinks but if you know anyone with a 3d printer there is one called a repair mount on Thingaverse that is way better than stock.

Here is the sensor bracket that I like. You have to cut off the little stalk but it comes off easy. I just used PLA and its held up great. Piece of an old inner tube or some double sided tape to keep it from moving around. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4495872

Is there an estimated timeframe for when the "Luna Eclipse Chain Ring Face” will be restocked? (a Gold one would be nice :-) )...I tried to enter my email on the list for when it becomes available, but a dialog box asked me to select options, but there were no options available??? Thanks!
