I've been trying to get an Apollo for several years (maybe 2018) . I was thrilled to see the preorder open when ai happened to stalk the website today. There used to be an option for a Rohloff speedhub.

Is it possible to include an installed Rohloff or Kindernay IGH with this upcoming preorder?

My dream bike is a IGH Apollo like ebike with a belt drive (the wetness of western Washington takes a toll on chains. The salty air of the salish sea and muddy trails adds to the maintenance).

Hi there, while we don't have an exact time at the moment, it shouldn't be too long since we got all the parts, we just stopped taking orders so we could get caught up with production before taking more orders. So I don't think it would be on the order of months, but it could be weeks. Want us to notify you?

I bought my BBSHD Kit from you at the end of April, but waited to add a battery because the DireWolf packs were not in stock. I've been asking every few weeks when the DireWolf packs would be available for purchase, and 'towards the end of May' was the response. Now, the packs that you DID finish out of manufacturing were apparently entirely allocated to full-kit orders, and the new estimate for another production run is another month out? I guess I know why I've been ghosted by sales and support, after asking if I can buy one of the current run. I was really hoping to complete my build by the time my kids got out of school so that I could do more riding with them, but now it looks like I'm out of luck. Are you guys going to allow purchases of the DireWolf pack apart from the full-kit with the next production run, and is it really another full month out? I've been looking forward to doing my conversion for a while now, and being pushed out another month is... disappointing.

Hi there, not sure who told you all that but we didn't even put up any direwolves from this run on the kit listing. We put like two on the banana listing for full bikes, but the vast majority of battery production was reserved for our apollo bikes, not many direwolves were produced at all. We will have more soon as they are in production, doubt it will be months but could be a little while. Thank you for your patience thus far, and if you would like to be notified we can do so.

When should we expect the next set of Apollo pre-orders to open up? Sounds like hopefully in the next couple of weeks. I've been checking every day all day and lusting over the pictures of this beautiful bike! I got sized and ordered a helmet and everything. Lol. Definitely interested on being added to the notification list.

After a year and a half now of this being a huge problem you would think their POS/web software vendor would have made that improvement but apparently not. Their notification feature only works if there are no options, same with the sold out flag. And POS stands for Point Of Sale, not what most of us are thinking of their software.

I can fix the entire listing by making the entire thing unavailable but then run risk of nobody switching it back to available when inventory is added back to the inventory control listings that determine whether a given option is available or autohidden. Really just trading one issue for another. We will email you manually.

It would be great if I could get on the list to be notified when they become available. Your DireWolf packs are the only game in town when it comes to batteries which can take the high continuous amp draw with decent amp hours. EM3EV has good looking packs and will build to order, but their BMS will only handle a 40amp continuous power draw. I'm a bigger guy, so I have to go with a high capacity pack, since I get half the range of the average 180lb rider, and I have to push the BBSHD twice as hard as the average guy to get me up hills.
