Luna Restock Questions Answered Summer 2023

Hey Matt. Should arrive to Luna roughly within the early ETA stated on the preorder. They will be shipping on a first-ordered first-shipped basis. If your order was older than other folks and had no custom work requested then your bike will be one of the first ones shipped. If your order was more recent but had no custom work then it will ship after the earlier non-custom bikes. If your order has custom work it will ship as soon as that work is done, which could add extra 3-5 days depending on what was requested. Once done it will ship on the same first-ordered first-shipped basis with older orders shipping first.

Currently the bikes are on the container ship from the factory, basically in transit to us. When they will ship from us depends on a variety of factors including how quickly they will clear customs at the backed up port of los angeles and how quickly drayage can be handled. We could see a delay of weeks from the original estimate.

In the picture the component in the top middle and top right (1 Lockring adapter (Center Top)
1 Outer Lockring adapter (Top Right)) are the two things I'm referring to, one is torqued to 60 N-m and the other 25 N-m. I'm referring to the sockets that fit those two parts. Is what you linked to the same thing? The link I originally posted has an option for the sockets only, since I already have a torque wrench, I was hoping to get those sockets. One of the sockets seems different from the link you posted. The one you posted doesn't seem to fit the "Lockring adapter" but does have one that fits the "Outer Lockring adapter". The one I posted has boths sockets that fit both the parts I mentioned.

We were waiting on potting which was late to be delivered. Now that potting is there production has restarted. Wolf has been added to kits, should have more to add to standalone listing in a week or so, then direwolf will be next in production

Far as I know we are not focusing on softpacks anymore, so I would not hold my breath waiting for restock on any of them.

Apollo will be very soon, I would say within 1-3 weeks at an educated guess, and probably on the earlier side of that spectrum. We can notify you if you want. Nice to see your wife likes singletrack, we should all be so lucky lol

Assuming you mean wolf, I have my doubts any of the others will ever be restocked. We got some wolf in but due to demand only enough to add to kits as add-ons, standalone listing may take another week or two.
