I recently tried to order a pair of stock wheels for a 2019 Trek bike, and was quoted October delivery for one wheel and December delivery for the other.
That’s just the way it is right now.

I was curious when the pre-built Luna Wolf Alite Plus would be back in stock. I've been watching/waiting since early April and am very eager to get get ahold of one!

Waiting on frames, will probably be a while. I would just get a kit and order a similar hardtail separately, that's a super easy build

Those mediums were added back from cancellations. Of the ten we added to inventory they all sold out same day. If you did not snap one up you'll probably have to wait until the next preorder round is open in a few weeks

Do you have any idea whether you will have any more large size X-1s becoming available for August shipment? I have put my email on a waiting list for both a large or a medium as a backup. I just saw that you sold 10 mediums today, but I didn't get an email announcing that they were added back. Any chance a few large size bikes will still become available? We do have a small on order already and ideally would like to get the large at the same time.

Yeah we just had a limited amount added back so we emailed the oldest dozen or so availability requests first. If we add more, we will work our way further down that list.

Large only had a few added and those sold within hours.

A very small number of BBSHDs have been added back to inventory, too small to send notifications (the main restock will be here within a week). If someone here happens to be wanting a BBSHD kit, you got maybe an hour or so before we sell out again ;)

Based off information listed above -gonna assume X1 L frames have arrived and bikes are being built to fill orders based on time of placement..

No, they won't arrive until mid august, and they are not built here, those particular bikes are built at the assemblers, only stuff we do here is the upgrades like ludicrous, silent treatment, display change

Have the assemblers given you an ETS? I understand COVID has most likely affected the timeline, but I'm sure they're able to give some type of estimate of ship date. Do we have that yet? (This is for the early August preorders).
