Hi I was wondering the hours of operation for will call. Also wanted to inquire regarding dropping off batteries and charger for troubleshooting as one of the batteries was replaced recently and same issue again so I think it’s the Luna charger with the issue I bought the professional charger use it at 3 Amps but will use at 1amp for slow charge almost never use 4-5amps. I tried trouble shooting but I believe issue is across all 3 devices the common denominator was the charger. Is dropping off still an option

12-5pm wed-fri. We usually ask folks to wait for emailed notification that it is ready for pickup but if you got that already, those are the hours.
Would need a support ticket filled out so we can reference it and create an rma but yes that is possible.

Typically for everything. Ramsey is usually at the showroom regardless of the day as long as it is a regular workday, though they are currently moving the warehouses so I can not promise that.
