I am having a problem getting through to any Luna Support for simple questions to do business my bike is down a month now I just need directives on where to send my motor for installation of new controller, have replaced display, and cable harness. Battery is good, wire power supply is good, switch is good, capacitor is good manual trouble shooting guides say if all these are good its probably the controller, SOOO what are the procedures to return a motor for repair? Help ,please
