They are sea shipped from China, and that was a while ago. I can't imagine it being longer than another week or two

After sending an email to the email you posted yesterday, I got a message saying that my order had "dropped off"??? I was doing a local pick up and marked I was paying at the store. If this had been a problem I would have given a credit card right away but I was not told. I did everything the web site said and now I'm being told I will not be able to get a bike at all??? This is crazy. Please let me know what I can do as I feel I did nothing wrong. I posted on this site in an effort to see when I would get the bike and now only finding out that my order number and whole order was never valid. This is not right. I would appreciate a call back to see how this can be resolved.

Probably because the agent did not see any deposit left for the bike, and the confirmation page for any order placed with the pay in store option says to contact us so we can work out the details (including getting the deposit) I'll get back to you on email and see if there's something I can do.
