Is there any expectation that the Lone Wolf or Green/Red Machine style bikes will come back in stock in the next month or two?

Sure would be nice, but no probably not. Many of the major bike companies like KHS and Giant are having a lot of trouble keeping up with demand; we were not able to get more of those particular frames all last year.

I imagine things will begin to get back to normal several months from now. Hopefully.

The previous preorder round just arrived and all sizes that were on that preorder have recently sold out; I imagine we will see it up within a couple weeks, possibly sooner.

is it possible to get a replacement controller without shift sensor cable? I'm trying to go less cable as possible :D

If you are in a hurry you can usually search online and find someone that has that stuff in stock. It seems with small Bafang parts Luna pretty much always has them on order and the tracking isn't as detailed as it is on larger items like bicycles.

For the speed sensor if you just need the bracket or broke the stud off that goes into the bracket and know someone with a 3d printer there is a much better than stock design on Thingaverse that doesn't need that fragile stud. If you need the magnet there isn't anything special about it, I have bought them as replacement parts for various brands speedometers.

The only gasket I would call rubber is the one for the controller. The other 2 I would call more of the fiber paper type or are you speaking of some sort of upgrade someone has came up with?

Probably months away, sorry.. Those softpacks are not even on order right now. Presumably our shop is focusing more on our own in-house batteries for the immediate future.

You might want to try and see the medium before you order it if possible. The small is more like a medium in most frame sizes. I would normally get medium, but when I ordered, I went with a small and glad I did. I am 5'10" with a 32 inseam.
