Do you guys have an ETA on the 860C or the DPC-18 displays?

Roughly same timeframe. The pedal systems come from surron so whenever the shipment of next run of bikes arrived, and entirely dependent on whether they remember to send everything requested which can surprisingly vary whenever dealing with companies where there is a significant language barrier. Hell, even buying locally there's always the possibility someone will mess up. But I can assure you it is something we are restocking when we can, for what it's worth.

Do you have an estimate when the "Sur-Ron Pedal System" will be back in stock?

This is a restock request thread, not really appropriate for debating the merits of a particular product. If you do not want it then don't buy it.

    That said:

Batteries do not need to be disssassembled to be recycled. Potted batteries can be recycled. The latest Tesla batteries are potted and they have no problem recycling them. Drain the power, run them through a shredder and then recover the valuable metals from the slurry. Having pieces of potting in the shredded result does not prevent recovery.

Yes a brand new product using cutting edge technology is going to cost a bit more. But yes it is a lot more reliable. I was dealing with a case last week where some guy took a new mini and ziptied it to his frame with no protection, not surprisingly he dented a cell and the entire battery was no longer usable. Never would have happened if he had a wolf pup.

Seen plenty of cases relating to every battery type that saw issues due to water penetration, road vibration, impacts, crappy connection points on charge and discharge, the list goes on. None of those issues are present in any of the Wolf lineup, which is a hell of an improvement.

Probably a month or two. It is also sold as a kit separate if you want to get the bike first and modify it later.

I'd like to order the Sur Ron X Bike with the "Upgrade to a Gates Belt Drive". Do you when that option will be available again?

We are the USA distributor of this fast and fun dirt ebike.... buy it from the source! We have the newest bikes at the best price.

I know about the Wolf Pup. I don't like it. Granted, safer with its potted design and supposedly more reliable. But other than that, bulkier and heavier per Ah, and fewer Ah compared with the smaller, lighter Mini. Also more expensive per Ah than the shrink-wrapped packs and the shark packs. I'm not going to pay $500 for two packs to get 8Ah when a 13Ah shark is only $50 more or a 10Ah GA pack is $50 less as well as smaller and lighter than two Pups. At least two Mini packs at $600 would have had 12Ah. There's also the recyclability aspect. The Wolf packs can't be disassembled and recycled at the end of their lives.

Yeah that pup is way better as well.

Likely there will be some place for more traditional hardcase packs for at least a couple years as we continue to improve on packs built with our own technology.

We introduced the shark to the USA market and played a large part in the refinements over the years, we probably will not abandon it entirely for a long time.

I believe this is the replacement for the mighty mini. Perhaps it may meet your needs https://lunacycle.com/wolf-pup/

I guess that answers my question. If the emphasis is now on the in-house packs, then the other packs probably won't be made anymore after the current stock is sold out.

I can't speak for all products in the lineup, I do not run the company or know those sorts of long term plans. But yes the mini was basically discontinued in favor of the batteries we now make in-house.

Will you be phasing out the shark packs and the shrink-wrapped packs in favor of the Wolf packs? I notice you've already discontinued the Mighty Mini, which was my first choice.

Probably the Advanced. May need an adapter or to wire up whatever connector it uses, depending on what the battery is using.
Luna Charger 48V Advanced smart charger has different settings to prolong ebike battery life and charge batteries as fast as possible.
