The only 52 volt rectangle you have is a mini. You used to have a long 20 amp rectangle and a 4x6x8 20 amp block. They have been out of stock for a long time. I am on this site several times a day and check the battery listings everyday so I don't see how I could have missed a restock.
If those rectangles aren't coming soon tell me and I will get that 24 amp triangle. I would rather have the 4x6x8 block but I will settle for the triangle
Looked into it and I see which one you mean, him 20ah pf rectangle last stocked september. I have requested reorder. Not sure about the other one, what cell type was it? Might have been discontinued. I would probably go for the triangle.
Thanks for your attention on this, I really appreciate it. To answer your question I never paid attention to the cell type just the dimensions. The mystery pak was a long thick rectangle. It might have been 3.5 X 5.0 X 12+ inches. It would have been good for the rare frame that had the room between the seat tube and the rear tire. I can see why that one is no longer in stock.
Does requesting reorder mean a higher authority like Eric has to decide whether there is enough demand to restock. This is ok because if I am the only one that wants one you shouldn't be carrying that battery.
If they are reordered what kind of time frame are we looking at days, weeks, or more?
Yeah that's the pf rectangle. I just requested it for you but we are looking at weeks.
For the cube, turns out only one we had in 52v was the NCRB which was discontinued because ncrb sucks. We stocked a 48v 21ah GA that was very similar but never got a 52 version. I have requested that as well for a new product, might be awhile though. Yes I would suggest triangle for now.
Thanks for the info. I will go with the triangle but I am still interested in a 52 volt version of that 48v 21ah GA that you have now..............calfee.
Toolkit shipment been stuck in customs for weeks, no firm ETA but it'll be back when we can get it.
52v jumbo is likely discontinued, it requires a bit too many cells than can reliably fit in that case without cracking the case from cramming it in there.
Do you know if I can get a GA Slim Line?
Want to mount the battery on a rear rack since I'm using a step thru frame. Putting the battery in the middle of the frame takes away space from the open step thru and defeats the step thru.
Really want to leave the step thru as open as possible.
What does "in stock" typically mean? Over a week after placing an order for BSSHD kit and it is still "in fulfillment", with no clear delivery date ... Is this typical?
I ordered the 68-73 standard on May 16 and it still is "awaiting fulfillment". They had told me they were coming in on the 28th, but still no joy. Perhaps they are putting them on the more expensive bike orders first before fulfilling the kits? I see people are getting bike deliveries.
Yes, BBSHD kit doesn't even show the 68 to 73 so I almost ordered the bigger one thinking that was the smallest available. It would be good to see the 68-73 option, out of stock, and when it is expected. Of course I have now asked sales and they said next week. Now I wonder if it will show up on the website or if I should keep bugging the sales person.

68 will be back on the listing soon as we have it. Shouldn't be too long but we felt it better to remove option than make lots of people wait.
I see it is back and just ordered. Look forward to quick shipment now it is in. The 36t chainring was out of stock. I liked the way it told me and I could sign up for an email when back in stock.
usb draws them all down equally (well, to the extent that it can anyway) Everything to convert the voltage is on the module. btw, be careful plugging/unplugging from a load or charger when plugged into usb as power surges may happen. This is covered on hardcase faq
