I've been waiting a couple weeks on a Wolfpack battery, which is holding up my BBSHD kit from shipping. I realize the Wolfpacks are custom-built, but can't you ship the rest of the kit? Any update on how long the wait is for the Wolfpack? I am also kind of annoyed that you charged my credit card right away, rather than when you ship.

Ok will do, I'll tell them to ship black and expedite.

OK I'm a little confused now. I did receive my order, including the battery. The battery is marked as Wolf BLK, but the black cover can be removed, and it looks like a naked wolf underneath. So did I get a naked wolf (which I ordered) or a black wolf? Are they otherwise the same?

We're working on it. Patience. It hasn't been discontinued or anything as it is one of our most popular chainrings.Last edited by HIGHVOLTAGE; 05-09-2018, 11:04 AM.

I see the 73-100mm BBSHD kit is back on the Luna store site, but not the 68-73mm. Did those not come in with the rest of your order? Been waiting for mine to be fulfilled and shipped. Thnx

This is not really the place to argue about it unfortunately. Since it was a Local Pick-Up order, no money was ever exchanged so I guess just take it as a loss(nothing really lost though) and move on? The main thing here is that the 48v pack isn't in stock anymore and there's nothing that can be done unfortunately. You can contact support to put you on the notification list when it comes back in stock.
And you did kind of change your decision to have it shipped instead of locally picked up. Despite what phone support told you (which Paxtana mentioned they are just for sales advice and not the actual support). I'm not sure if that's even possible as we have no way of auto-billing you for these kind of things anyways so the order would usually have to be cancelled and re-made regardless. Like how would we switch it over to shipping and get a payment from you? All payments for shipped orders have to go through our third party payment processor which checks your payment history with us and other websites to determine if the payment is fraudulent or not. These have to be done for all orders except Local Pickups.
It's just an unfortunate circumstance during a busy season. In the future, I recommend just leaving your order alone once it's been processed and completed next time. That will usually prevent anything from happening and ensures that you're guaranteed to get the product you requested without having to make last minute changes or unusual requests.Last edited by HIGHVOLTAGE; 05-31-2018, 10:41 PM.

So just to clarify Order #51161 is officially gone and I can't pick it up?
You make it sound like I made all these mistakes and am to blame for messing up my order. I ordered it via the website. I was told to expect an e-mail when it was ready. Before it was ready I asked phone support if it was possible to have it shipped. I was told yes. Next thing I know I am told it was available for pickup but now it is cancelled for inquiring about the very thing phone support told me to ask about. How was I supposed to know that phone support would give me misinformation. I also never received an email it was ready for pickup. Busy season or not I think you guys have a lot of room to improve instead of blaming your customers who are trying to spend over $1,000.

Nobody is blaming anybody for anything. We're just telling you what happened and why it can't be rectified. This is not the place to argue about it.
Just take it as unfortunate bad luck and move on. You didn't pay for anything and so nothing was lost. Yes, we'd be happy to have you as a customer and will be happy to help you in anyway we can with any problem you have, but we cannot sell you something we don't have in stock. Even if a false promise was made. It was a mistake on the phone operators part but again, the pack is not in stock anymore so nothing can really be done unfortunately at this point except to choose a different battery or request for re-stock notification of the current battery. Sorry man.Last edited by HIGHVOLTAGE; 05-31-2018, 11:57 PM.

Looking to order a 68mm BBSHD kit, too. Do you know if that container at the port also has left hand throttles in it? Thanks!
Edit: And, are there programming cables in there?
Double Edit!: OK, how about batteries? I'd like a 13.5AH Shark or Dolphin, either 48V or 52V. However, all four of those seem to be out of stock. Status? Thanks!Last edited by bigbill25; 05-19-2018, 02:49 PM.

Great thanks!
But now it says I need to choose an option for finishes and sizes available but there are none listed to choose from.
-
I don't believe the original Alite is even in stock anymore. The Wolf Alite should be available though.
-
I'll have to look into that one. I know you can order it on the alite wolf page. https://lunacycle.com/luna-wolf-alite-electric-bike/
Essentially the same thing but a better battery

Anyone able to say when the 68-73mm bbshd kits will ship OUT? I purchased and paid for mine 4/26 i saw at checkout it said ship mid may. We are 1 week past mid may and not shipped? Was told they came in friday 5/18. Even if shipped right now it will have been more than a month since spending close to a grand and i still have battery/ charger/ and chainring to order, another grand. I went with Luna as many people online said they were THE place for BBSHDs, but if that is so, why such low stock and lag between orders? Especially at "Bike time of the year". Most businesses stock extra for peak seasons.....Not trying to be a downer, others may get/ received better order times. I however have not received any contact from Luna giving any update or reassurance that it is being worked on and a priority. I have to daily check my email and this forum for any info. Personally, if I promissed a customer shipment of mid may and had their $ for almost a month, I would send appologies(email) and explaination of why and when it would be resolved. And SURELY would have had employees or myself work a little overtime this past fri/ sat to get backlogged orders out. I think its around 4:30 Luna time (im on east coast) and still not even a shipping ticket opened. Still "awaiting fulfillment".

You did get an update from Luna, I left you an update four days ago. The motors arrived friday and we're filling orders as quickly as possible. I don't even know your order number so I cannot check into it more than that, for order update inquiries email support@lunacycle.com

Yup paxtana is right. I've already gone through all of the emails for the past 4 days minus a few special ones. If you haven't received a response, check your junk email folder to make sure it's not getting filtered out.
