52v 24 ah triangle pack.almost too big.

The pack just arrived and i put it in the bag and started fitting it into the frame and it is almost wedged in there.I used a cardboard cutout and it looked good before ordering it, but with the bag it is a really tight fit.I guess there are advantages and disadvantages with this tight of a fit.
Is my battery in for a short life from being that tight and in contact with the frame or am I worried about nothing?

It should be OK. As long as the pack wasn't damaged forcing it in.

I didnt have to force it it but with the bag and straps it is tight.I was just worried about the vibration and bouncing against the frame without having room for padding.

You should be fine. The entire outer shell of each 18650 cell is a metal can that forms the negative anode. Padding would be nice, but...18650 cells are fairly robust, and take quite a bit of physical abuse.

I have a 52v 20Ah triangle battery that fits nicely inside the Sondors battery box. I have enough room to fit a large 25a controller inside as well. It's very compact and well made. For the dimensions and more info can be seen here.

Wow! A very good looking ride! Luna has more choices in batteries. I like the PF 20Ah packs. I have one too. That's a mysterious company. Linked to a Hong Kong reseller. I'd like to know how they really respond to battery warranties, their claims are a little suspicious. Given it hugely expensive to return a battery to Hong Kong.

If you have any issues with the battery, send it to their location in NY. They will fix it if it's still repairable, if un-repairable then they send you a brand new one, if it's within 1 year of course.
