    100% charge voltage.

    I have a Panasonic PF 11.5AH pack.
Since it was new I have only charged it to 80% capacity. I read that this extends batt. life and I only need 80% for my commute round trip.
I have about ten 80% charge cycles on it to date.
Now I want to charge it to 100% for a longer trip I have planned, but it will only charge to 58.7V. Is this normal? or should it reach 59v?

    Thanks for your responses.

    4.2 v/cell x 14 cells = 58.8. As far as I know, you are pretty much there at 58.7

I'd do a couple of 8 hour charges to make sure all the cells are balanced. Every new pack I get goes through at least 2, 8 hour charges.

Thanks for the advice. My charger just shut off at 58.7. Do you leave it plugged into the charger even after it's shut down for reaching set voltage?
