Hello everyone, I know this is a long shot, but due to health issues, I haven't touched my boardman 8.9e hyb in about two years, and now I can't get the battery to charge; the only option I've found is to hold down the on/off button, but it didn't work. So I believe I have two options, both of which I will most likely get flamed for. Option A: charge the battery using a 12v charger or purchase a 36v charger. Option B: replace the 24 Samsung 18650 batteries. Are either of these realistic?
