A Part for 48v Panasonic 13.5ah Shark Pack?

Does anyone know where i can buy a replacement for this part or have advice for fixing it?

What led to this? But more importantly, how does a wolverine live in Ohio as opposed to Michigan?

I didn't tighten down the craddle for the battery pack. I assume the electricity arced because the of the loose craddle and the bumpy rought i take to work. I have to live in columbus, ohio very carefully! ;)

Just replace the whole cradle for 30ish bucks. If Luna doesn't have them in stock hit up EMPowered Cycles, I got an extra from him to put on my bike #3.

I thinks it's the part on the battery itself not the cradle. Empty shark cases can be had for about $60

Looks like the part of the cradle that slips in and connects with the battery? I might mention the spare Hailong (sic?) cradle I bought was about $35.00, not too painful to purchase.
