52V 13.5aH Bottle Battery stops charging at 49-50V

Suddenly my 13.5aH Luna bottle battery has stopped charging at around 49-50 volts on the Luna 52V smart charger display. I purchased the battery in March 2017 and have gone about 4,600 miles on my Bafang BBS-02 setup. I would estimate the battery has only been charged 250-275 times, at around 3-4 charge cycles per week. I always charge to either 80% or 90% (90% for a full round trip commute, 80% on weekends), and I try to charge to 100% to balance cells every 1 to 2 months. Surely the battery isn't done already?

So I set the smart charger to 100% at 3 amps and it did in fact charge to 58.4 volts. I guess I'll have to use the bike tomorrow and then see what happens the next time I charge it to 80% or 90%.

It seems to still be doing this, only intermittently. Earlier today at the office the battery charged to 54.x volts on the 80% setting no problem. But this evening it's stopping at 49.x volts on the 90% setting.

      Is the charger going bad?

I'd start by checking the output of the charger directly with no battery connected. Should be 58.8 vdc. Then try it under a load. Checking all with your meter.
