Luna 52V Dolphin drops to 3.3V. What should I check first?

From one day to the next, on a multi-day tour, the battery stopped functioning. Satiator reads 56.9v charging, so the power is in there. What would you check first to fix the problem? I have opened up the battery, but not unwrapped the cells, and there is no obvious problem. The unit came with no fuse.

    Fortunately I had a backup.

I'd verify pack voltage with a meter, then if ok, try a BMS reset.

Just click the Knowledge Base tab at the top of this page, go to Batteries section, look for topic.
