    60v Greenworks Pro battery

I just ordered a BBS02 mid-motor kit and I want to use a 60v battery on it. It's convenient since this also runs my electric Greenworks lawnmower. It show 61vdc fully charged. Battery has been very strong since I bought the lawnmower and used it regularly for 6 months now. It will cut for 30mins constant power without dying on me.
    Battery specs say 240wH (watt-hours)/

Should I take any precautions before installing with the BBS02?

The male spade connectors on 60v charger are approx 9mm or approx 3/8in. diameter. How can I reference them for the Anderson Powerpole connectors?

Don't try that! Anything above 60V will kill that controller. 52V packs (14S Li Ion, 58.8V @ full charge) are the most it will tolerate. Manage the Greenworks pack to stay below 59V or so, and get away with it, but not really suitable.
Fabrication is fun! Build something today. Show someone. Let them help. Inspire and share. Spread the desire.

Going over 61.5v on a Bafang BBS02 controller will force it into shutdown mode. A fully charged 60v / 4aH Greenworks battery shows 62v on my voltmeter. I can run my electric lawnmower for 5 mins and get it down enough to run on the Bafang. I'm ordering a 60v-48v buck converter just to be safe. At max 61v, I can get up to 35kph in PAS 9. Wouldn't want any more speed than that.

I use a 20T single speed freewheel in back tire and meshing with a stock Bafang chainring in front. Not ideal for pedal-only yet. I'm looking at 22T freewheel and 30T chainring with an adapter for better lower gear ratio.

I bought a Jialitt 60V 5.0Ah battery from Amazon recently. Fully charged, it won’t trigger a 7H Bafang error code which means it stays below 61.5v. My pro OEM Greenworks battery that originally came with my lawnmower, it triggers 7H error codes so there is some variation in aftermarket 60v batteries.
