    48v pack

Is there a 48v case where u can just stick the 3.7v 18250 9800mah batteries into without having to solder them like plug them in and go or am I stuck with soldering them together

Not a case but you can use vruzend for what you are describing. Some say this approach is less than ideal but I don't have any personal experience with them so your mileage may vary. You will need to shrink wrap the pack once built

Not that I am aware of .... Are you just concerned about building the pack? I have some prebuilt 24V 35aH packs that could be wired in series to give 48 volts.

Never built a pack before. The battery I want online is about $400 online. For a 48v 20ah. That's almost a full paycheck.

Just anything that's affordable off of ebay really.

Yes but what about the configuration ...triangle, square, bottle?? And definitely 48V? And BTW ...there is no such thing as a true 9800 mAh 18650 battery. It cannot be done with current battery technology to my knowledge.
