Can somebody help me with opening a BIONX RIDE + battery G2 R420 Wh / 48 V.
I removed all the screws and the back light and now are trying to open it but it seems to be stuck or locked or...?
I need to open it because I think 1 cell is broken. I measure 0V at the contacts. This happened just one day and I want to know why. I have a degree in electric installations and electronics so I do know the danger of opening the battery.
Can somebody please help me?
