LiPo overloads

LiPo 3 Cell erroneously placed on NiMh charger overloaded at almost 14 Volts...
Swollen, hot ... all bad
Left in the "shadow" he recovered ... deflated, cold ...
Did I risk trying a low amperage discharge?
Having nothing to measure, I stabbed her （3000mah 3s lipo）!! .. after I connected an obvious car bulb ... not even bright !!

Discharge completely.....dispose at battery reclamation and recycling center (never put in trash!)......lesson learned.
