Why on earth would you want your handlebars to flex giving you unsure steering. Go with a suspension fork.

I just found this:
"It is important to note that the ShockStop stem will work with flat and drop style handlebars. It will not work with swept back or cruiser style handlebars because the leverage of those handlebars counter act the downward direction of the stem suspension design."
I assume it would apply to all suspension stems.

No it isn't available yet. I did see other companies make them too such as Redshift. It looks like an easier upgrade but not a replacement for a proper suspension fork I mostly ride roads and bike paths with some gravel planned so some protection from the vibrations would be about perfect.. I think for my use case it might be just the ticket.

Redshift sports makes a suspension stem we’ve been using on my wife's road bike. Plusher than a rigid stem, but not a replacement for a suspension fork.

You can go on Amazon or e-bay and get front suspension forks 135mm all day long, less than 2 bills to your door. Most of the different ones listed are the same ones with different badging. But figure on replacing it in 6 mos, not rebuildable. You want a quality fork check out Wren. They make a 110mm travel and 150mm travel for for 150mm, 135mm and I think 1 size smaller hubs. Quality fork and its ALL rebuildable and they carry parts. Keven the owner is a stand up guy and he has a guy named Russ in Florida available to answer any tech questions. I went through the $200 shock from Luna until they quit caring it and then went with a couple of amazon shocks and was disappointed. Had the Wren 135mm x 15mm Thruaxle and 100mm travel and I beat the snot out of it and no issues.

Rst renegade fat bike suspension fork has 150mm dropouts. I have a new 80 (or 100mm) 26” 36 hole rim and 150mm 36 hole front hub (needs to be laced) I’d sell for $80.00 + shipping.

Finding an affordable front suspention fork/wheel combo for Fat bike.
Hey all,
I am on the hunt for a front suspension for. I am finding this to be extremely difficult...
Specs:
1-1/8" tube
26" wheel with 170mm dropout.
I would be willing to change out the wheel to a 150mm or 135mm if needs be, but i cannot find a 135mm wheel (tons of front suspensions) and I cannot find a 150mm front suspension (only wheels)
I don't get it...
I am not looking to spend more than $500 for both. I just want a cheap setup for the combo. But it's nonexistance...
Does anyone have any ideas or websites I can look at??
