Rebuild Merida full suspension to electric.

Here the start of a rebuild of Merida Mission sport full suspension , first some pictures of the bike


.Parts that's going to be replaced
1) Front and rear V-brake to hydraulic disc brake with Bafang power cut off
2) Front and rear wheel, new Novatec brake disc hubs with 26" BIG Bull rim's
3) Bafang 750W mid drive, 48V 20Ah battery, T1 touch display(upscaled)

But first we take the bike totally apart and cleaning everything and waiting for the ordered parts to getting in.

The Bafang kit just arrived

Very nice build. Some one posted a picture of a frame broken in the middle of the seat tube from suspension loads going there. May be drop an extra section of seat post tubig in there to beef it up., and set screw it in place with a water bottle bolt.I think you're beyond the point of saving weight on that.
