They actually offer it with a BBSHD! But it's a little out of my price range.

Not sure I'd want exposed gearing mechanisms front and rear. How do you keep the dirt, mud and gunk off the gears? Seems like a whole lot to go wrong IMHO. I prefer the KISS method.

It would be fun to take it for a ride though!

What a cool drive setup! Neat find.

Is fixed 2WD any more or less likely to dump you if you hit a slippery/icy turn under power? Less likely to spin, but sure to dump you if it ever does?
