just picked up a luna eclipse foldable and already have the itch to mod it. looking to getting a little more speed out of it, perhaps close to 30mph. is this possible with the stock setup? can i safely program or upvolt it reliably? i realize warranty is out the window and i would be doing this at my own risk. what tools would i need to do this? thanks in advance
