Bike is finally finished and sold but would like to share some pictures of the build.

The battery case only provides room for a 13S4P configuration.
Which is not enough for my plans.
I managed to get 14S5P in there.

After that it was time to paint the frame.
Sanded it down and put a coat of primer on it.

What a beautiful Built, great eye for detail.
Built the same but different, my first Bicycle, Ebike!
So not that detailed yet and a lot of chinese parts.
Used Wrap for color, Army green, and orange for the wheels.
Wheels 65mmx 27.5 with Maxxis Minion FBR 27.5x 3.8 and FBF
          Front fork DNM USA-8
Breaks Magura E5 203 front double site back special but 180.
Backhub is a Rohloff 14 speed, the most expensive of my Ebike.

What I'd like to know, your battery, U don't you use BMS?
That was my problem too, I built a custom that comes out of the frame with BMS.
          14X4 with lii-50E 21700 5000mah 3.7V 5C discharge.

          My next spear will be INR18650 35E 3.7V 3500mAh 20A discharge but 13 cell 4 or 5 not sure.

That does look like a really nice build

I'd like to see a very solid rear rack capable of carrying 5-10kg (or more)

Awesome job all around, and especially on the cable routing.

I made some extra space in the frame by cutting out a piece.

The BMS sits on the top (outside) of the case.
A 3D printed cover protects the BMS.

Yes, had looked at that option too.
Thought there wouldn't be much room left, 2 cables from the Rohloff + drop-seat and wires.
The advantage is that you can easily route it, with such a hole.
I will definitely look into it, my first battery was for test, can still completely customize it.
I'm not the only one, Crazy do it like this ;-)
                  Thanks for the info,
              Working...
