Thank's, i bought the frame ( Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 TM ) without a motor, the battery is a 14s3p with 3200 mAh Samsung cells, so 9,8 AH capacity and max 58,8 V voltage.Enough for a range between 15 and 40 miles. The battery weighs only 2.3 Kg, so you can take a spare battery in your backpack without problems.2 PhotosLast edited by KaroKönig; 08-24-2019, 02:51 AM.

Thank you very much, have unfortunately made no drawing or design of the adapter. I have made a stencil out of cardboard and then cut out with the plasma cutter from a 3mm thick stainless steel plate. Then fine-tuned with milling cutter and flex until it fits. In the same way i have the BBS 02 installed in the Stereo of my wife.Last edited by KaroKönig; 08-27-2019, 11:09 AM.

I’m going to be doing something like this as well, just about finished stripping the paint off the frame wasn’t keen on the original colour, Cube sure like to use clear coats it’s been a right pain to get off. If anyone else does this I recommend taking the frame to a place that does chemical dip paint removal to save some time there is a clear coat between each colour if it’s a multi colour frame.
I haven’t completely decided on which motor to use yet the bbshd, or the Ultra G510. Volition in Australia offer the bbshd with an updated controller which looks enticing. What would you recommend Thomas now that you have probably ridden your bike a bit. If I went went with the bbshd does it need to be the fat bike version or just standard one to get a good chain line. I’m also on the small side it’s a 16 inch frame so weight might play a part too, the Ultra looks like a heavy beast. Is your wife able to lift her bike ok with the bbs02
I’ve started on 3D modelling some enclosure mounts for both motors but it would be easier if I had the actual motor in front of me so any advice would be most appreciated as I would love to have it rideable by the end of August, so I’ve got plenty of time to get used to how it handles for a bike festival being held in my state in October.
cheers,
cemoz
