Here is the screw I used to get the crank arms off the hollow raceface isis axle. Then the 30 tooth tool that worked and the one that didn't. I utilized a stillson wrench and my foot to break the bb free.

The bb bearing already had the 68-73 spacer needed to keep the HD from hitting the frame.
I had forgotten why I retired this bike. Sticktion in the derailleur cable, crappy hayes sole brakes, and a rear wheel that kept getting wonky. I lubed the cable, replaced the pads and bled the brakes and retensioned the wheel. I kept breaking spokes and I had a local shop rebuild it. I get the feeling that tighter is better in this case. The kit speed magnet wouldn't tighten up so I used an old one I had.
I replaced the trail tires with Gypsy e-bike tires
Pumped both shocks up to about 250psi

Drilled out the shark cradle connector.

Word of warning: the metal reinforcement can slide and short out. There was residual voltage in the motor and it scared me when it arced and discharged 50V

So with the stock setup I could go about 25mph. I loaded Karl's el file, installed the Bafang 42 tooth crank and a pair of 6" uinicycle arms and I do 30 now.
100 miles on varied terrain and so far not a single chain drop. Knock on wood
