    Bianchi Nirone 3D-printed with RC-components

Finally finished my 5-month 3D-printing project after dozens of iterations, starting point was a 2006 Bianchi Nirone (10.25kg) and after all the Ebike-Gear still under 15kg. Using a 10s4p Li-ion battery pack going to a big power-relay (Mosfets were a neverending source of blue smoke). Motor controller is a Vesc 4.12 and Motor is a Turnigy SK3 6374 149kV. Bike has a top speed of over 60km/h but i haven´t dared to go past it, range is 40-70 km depending on how you ride it. Next thing i´m going to do is print a chain drive to reduce the top speed and improve acceleration and add a cruise control function. Any suggestions on making the belt tensioners and routings are welcome :)
