I Built this bike for my wife whom is balance challenged and only generates about 60 watts of power

Donor bike is new 2016 Specialized Roll Comp size small
Kit is Luna BBS02 with DPC-14 color display

• Gear sensor
• Hydraulic disk brake sensors
• Left twist throttle
• Luna mighty mini cube 52v GA 7ah
• 52v advanced Luna charger
• Lekkie 42 tooth narrow wide Chainring

Bike modifications:

• Converted wheels to tubeless setup
• Removed Shimano Deore drive train and replaced with 9 speed SRAM X0 grip shift,SRAM XO rear midcage derailleur,SRAM 990;11-34 cassette,SRAM 990 chain
• Removed shock seat post with comfort saddle and replaced with KS-Lev 272 by 100mm remote control dropper post and high end 155mm Specialized Myth saddle
• Replaced 125mm high rise heavy aluminum backsweep bars with a 70mm steering tube extension plus a 35mm-12° rise Gravity stem and Easton EC 70-40mm riser ; 685mm wide carbon handle bars
• I bit my tongue and added a kick stand, a mirror and a bell.

Special issues were:

• Mounting the hydraulic brake sensors
• Getting the cockpit dimensions correct
• Building a custom battery box that was as low on the bike as I could design
• Internally routing the seat post remote cable.
• Reprograming the controller to make the bike tame.

Finished weight is 39.8 pounds with a very low center of gravity.
Cost was just north of 2.7k USD
