Swytch Kit alternative battery

I've got a Swytch kit Mark 1 that I've been using on my commuter bike but the battery life is now not so good, most likely because I left it sitting for a year with no charge,..

I've just bought a regular gravel bike that I want to head out into the trails on, but with help for the hills. So I'm going to transfer the Swytch to it, but I was wondering if there is an easily swappable 3rd party battery solution that I can use? Preferably one that fits in a waterbottle holder, or a bolt-on larger battery pack?

The connectors on the Swytch look standard enough but I really don't know where to start regards compatibility. Also, I'm not good with soldering and the such like

Is the mark 1 the one that has the pretty large handlebar bag that housed the battery, controller, and display? That is what I have and I remember looking at it thinking there was something strange like the charge port leads to the display? I'm also thinking it was maybe a SLA battery? I'm sure it could be worked around but I remember thinking it was going to require some research. Mine is still working so I have not had to think about it.

Maybe some pics would help those that know swytch know for sure which model you have and let the rest of us guess what they were likely doing and maybe how to modify it. IF its older than what I have I would think it may be easier because its likely less integrated.

I have read the Swytch motor is a fairly typical offering for a ebike conversion kit. So the Swytch battery pack can be substituted with another battery. As 73Eldo states you will also need a controller (some battery packs have these built into the battery casing) and a head unit to set the wheel size, top speed etc and adjust the power assist.
